• Converting a warehouse area from Single Selective Rack to Pallet Flow allows approximately 50% more pallets when using a typical 6 deep application.
• When volume warrants a much deeper system may be built, providing even greater space savings.
• High pick rates can be achieved in full case pick-to-belt applications. In this case, all lift truck access for both Pallet Flow and Push Back is from the replenishment aisle, keeping the pick aisle free from any lift truck contention.
• Pallet Rack systems provide a faster inventory turnaround which aids in protecting dated products.  This equipment can hold a high number of pallets while maintaining a low number of SKUs.
