The 1435 general purpose earmuff has slim, durable plastic earcups. The foam-filled cushions stay soft even after extensive use. Unique molded inserts provide large inner space for the ear for maximum comfort. Two-point head band for low, evenly distributed pressure and easy handling. Lightweight. Tested to ANSI S3.19-1974. NRR 23 dB.**The NRR may overestimate the protection provided during typical use. 3M recommends reducing the NRR by 50% for estimating the amount of noise reduction provided.
